CAD plans for this collection of "Smart-sized" designs will be available in Late 2020.

All of these unique plans are between 401 and 700 sq. ft. They comply with the IRC codes for Single Family Residences. They do not comply with Appendix Q - Tiny Houses because they are greater than 400 sq.ft. If any of these models have stairs, they are IRC compliant with 10" runs and max. 7.75" rises. If any of these models have lofts that are accessible by ladders or some type of steep stairs, those areas are for storage only because they may not meet egress, headroom, and other requirements for habitable areas.
