All of these unique plans are less than 400 sq. ft. (exclusive of loft areas and the Upper Level Terrace). They comply with Appendix Q of the IRC which are the regulations most likely to be adopted by communities who re-zone areas for "site-built, on foundation" Tiny Homes. These designs model the "Boxes Style" of architecture following a concept of randomly stacked rectangular prisms with sloped roofs.
