Designs for Living Smart in 2020 and Beyond
Established in 2019, the mission of ecoqubz is to help solve the affordable housing shortage by
creating innovative designs for affordable "Minimal-sized" housing that re-define, shape, and facilitate the "micro living" movement.
As more and more communities adopt new zoning ordinances and building codes that allow smaller site-built houses, a new 'genre' of small sized, energy efficient residential designs will emerge. Soon we will begin to see "Pocket Neighborhood" and "Cottage Court" developments that redefine the image of minimalist homes. The ecoqubz collection of plans includes three size categories.
