I've been working on a 'micro neighborhood' concept that features 'System-built' (modular) units of 128 sq. ft. each clustered around a common courtyard/deck area. The units are engineered for maximum energy efficiency at economical costs. Pre-built, pre-finished units can be delivered without any special permits, set in place with a small crane on a site ready foundation, and have utilities quickly connected for immediate occupancy.

These Micro-sized Models, with footprints of 400 sq. ft. or less are all designed in compliance with IRC Appendix Q regulations that allow for steep access to additional living space in the loft area.
